Privacy Policy

This policy explains what FeedForge collects and why. We follow a data-minimization approach and aim to be compliant with India's DPDP Act and the GDPR.

What we collect

Account data: an anonymous account token is created on first visit. If you upgrade, we store your email and a payment-provider customer id (we never see your card details). Feed data: the source URLs you add and the extracted items we maintain for you. Operational logs: request metadata and error traces for reliability.

How we use it

To operate your feeds, deliver webhooks, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. We do not sell your data.

Third parties

Payments are handled by Razorpay and Stripe. If you configure an LLM extraction key, page text may be sent to that provider for extraction. Webhook payloads are sent to endpoints you specify.

Retention

Feed items are retained while the feed exists. Delete a feed to remove its items. Delete your account to remove your data; email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com to request erasure.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by contacting us. We respond within a reasonable period.
