Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FeedForge ("the Service"), operated by the FeedForge team. By creating a feed or using the API you agree to them.

Acceptable use

You may use FeedForge to extract publicly accessible content for legitimate purposes. You must not use it to access content behind authentication you are not authorized for, to circumvent paywalls or access controls, to overload third-party sites, or in violation of a site's terms or applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to ingest the content you feed in.

Service and availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Refresh intervals are best-effort and depend on the availability of the source site. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove feeds that cause abuse or instability.

Accounts and tokens

Your API token grants control over your feeds. Keep it confidential. You are responsible for activity under your token and account.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay (₹) or Stripe ($). Taxes (including GST where applicable) may be added. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedForge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party content surfaced through the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
