Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. Your feeds continue to work within Free limits.
Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current period. If you were charged in error, experienced a sustained outage attributable to FeedForge, or were double-billed, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com within 7 days and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a prorated or full refund to the original payment method.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (Razorpay or Stripe). Bank settlement timelines may add a few days.
